When One Videographer Works
One operator can cover a small gathering or an event with thousands of attendees when required activity follows one timeline. One videographer may also operate multiple cameras.
When Additional Cameras or Operators Are Needed
Add coverage when important activity overlaps, separate rooms must be recorded, interviews continue during the program, or dedicated stage and b-roll coverage are both required.
These details determine staffing, camera placement, audio routing, recording media, and editing scope.
